Clean Wagholi Mission
This campaign focuses on cleaning selected roadside stretches across Wagholi through an intensive clean-up drive aimed at removing accumulated garbage, plastic waste, and unmanaged litter. The objective is to create visible environmental improvement while addressing the issue of open dumping and promoting long-term cleanliness in public spaces. The campaign will be executed with the support of local volunteers and youth groups actively working on-ground. Collected waste will be segregated into appropriate categories and transferred to official disposal channels in coordination with local waste authorities. Additionally, awareness signage and "Do Not Dump Here" boards will be placed at cleaned locations to discourage future littering and ensure sustained cleanliness. Key Actions: Targeting identified roadside waste accumulation spots for focused cleaning. Conducting on-ground waste removal using gloves, tools, and collection resources. Segregating collected waste into dry, wet, and recyclable categories. Coordinating proper waste pickup and processing through municipal channels. Installing awareness signage to prevent repeat waste dumping.
